The purchase of digital products, including travel guides, video courses and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of digital products (requiring a digital download: PDF files, videos, courses, travel guides and other online content only) are deemed “used” after download or opening. Given these digital products are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy on any and all digital purchases made from "Daneger and Stacey".
However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please use the chat feature on our site or make contact with us on info@danegerandstacey.com to discuss.
Delivery of Goods and Services
